摘要
针对小型化大电感量的固定绕线电感器自谐频率通常较低的问题,利用等效模型与要素分析得出主要影响因素分布电容的影响规律,并对如何调整分布电容大小进行实验验证。提升自谐频率的方案简单易操作且节约成本,对于已经定型的固定电感器产品在不改变电感量的情况下进行自谐频率提升有着一定的参考价值。
Aiming at the problem that the self-resonant frequency of miniaturized and large inductance fixed wound inductors is usually low,the influence rule of the main influencing factor distributed capacitance is obtained by using equivalent model and factor analysis,and how to adjust the size of distributed capacitance is verified by experiment.The lifting scheme is simple,easy to operate and cost svaing,which has a certain reference value for the self-resonant frequency increasing of fixed inductor products without changing the inductance.
