我国职业教育人才衔接培养的历史、理论与实践逻辑 被引量:1

摘要 我国职业教育人才衔接培养是构建技能型强国和终身学习型社会的重要组成部分,更是助力中华民族伟大复兴的紧要课题。从历史逻辑来看,我国职业教育人才衔接培养政策经历了初始阶段、调适阶段、推进阶段和深化阶段。从理论逻辑来看,我国职业教育人才衔接培养要始终坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想理论体系全面领导其发展方向,以马克思主义人的全面发展理论为其提供内涵支撑,并且要合理吸收国际人才培养经验和遵循应用型学科特点。从实践逻辑来看,我国职业教育人才衔接培养要以“为党育人,为国育才”为初心使命,强化教育、科技、人才一体化建设;以“科教兴国”为战略引领,全面提高拔尖创新人才自主培养质量;以“职业教育高质量发展”为核心主题,发挥职业院校人才培养优势。 The articulation training of vocational education talents in China is an important part of building a skill-based power and a lifelong learning society,and it is an urgent issue to help the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.From the viewpoint of historical logic,the policy of vocational education talent articulation training in China has gone through the initial stage,adjustment stage,promotion stage and deepening stage.From the theoretical logic,the vocational education talent articulation training in China should always adhere to Xi Jinping's theoretical system of socialist thought with Chinese characteristics to lead its development direction,and Marxist theory of comprehensive human development as the connotation support,and to reasonably absorb the international talent training experience and follow the characteristics of application-oriented disciplines.From the perspective of practical logic,vocational education talent training in China should take“educating people for the Party and talents for the country”as its original mission,and strengthen the integration of education,science and technology,and talent construction;take“developing the country through science and education”as its strategic lead,and comprehensively improve the quality of top-notch innovative talents.With the core theme of“high-quality development of vocational education”,the advantages of vocational colleges and universities in talent training should be utilized.
