结合钢铁企业自动化系统现状和特点,确定了自动化系统数字化开发目标。在鞍钢冷轧1780 mm生产线自动化系统开发中,应用数字化开发方法,实现了设备选型、系统设计与程序开发之间数据交互,实现了系统建模、仿真与程序开发一体化。

Based on the current situation and characteristics of automation systems in steel enterprises,the goal of digital development of automation systems was determined.In the development of the automation system for the 1780 mm cold rolling production line at Ansteel,digital development methods were applied to achieve data interaction in selection of types of equipment,system design and program development and achieve the integration in system modeling,simulation and program development.
