随着钢铁企业的设备自动化、智能化水平不断提高,无人化天车已成为主流发展趋势。针对某钢铁企业冷轧轧后库无人化天车改造项目的实际应用,提出无人化天车系统的总体架构和基本功能,实现天车无人化的应用。

With the increasing level of automation and intelligence of equipment in iron and steel enterprises,unmanned travelling overhead cranes have become the mainstream development trend.In view of the practical applications of unmanned overhead crane system in a cold rolled mill,the general structure and basic functions of the unmanned overhead crane system were put forward so as to realize the application of the unmanned travelling overhead system.
