摘要
为提高轨头廓形与车轮廓外形的匹配性,保证列车运行安全,延长钢轨和车轮的使用寿命,中国铁道科学研究院推出了铁标60 kg/m、75 kg/m钢轨的新廓形60N、75N钢轨。围绕60N、75N新廓形钢轨研制技术难点,通过采用BD轧机孔型优化设计、U1轧机轨头立辊孔型非对称设计、数值仿真方案优选等技术措施,成功开发出高精度轨头廓形新断面钢轨。
In order to improve the matching between the rail head profile and the vehicle profile,ensure the safety of trains in operation and extend the service life of steel rails and wheels,China Academy of Railway Sciences launched new profiles of 60N and 75N steel rails with National Railways Standard of 60 kg/m and 75 kg/m.Focusing on the technical difficulties in the development of 60N and 75N new profile rails,high-precision rail profile new section rails were successfully developed by adopting technical measures such as BD rolling mill pass optimization design,U1 rolling mill vertical roller pass asymmetric design,and numerical simulation scheme optimization.
