摘要
为了降低外排焦化废水中F-浓度,进行了单钙法(Ca(OH)_(2))和双钙法(CaO+CaCl_(2))氟化物治理工艺标定,得出双钙法氟化物治理工艺可将废水中F-浓度降至20 mg/L以下。双钙法生产实践表明,通过依次投加浓度为0.03 g/L的CaO溶液、0.1 g/L的CaCl_(2)溶液、0.4 g/L的PAC、0.01 g/L的PAM-,经过34~84 min的反应后,可将焦化废水F-浓度由48 mg/L降低至11 mg/L。
In order to reduce the F-concentration in discharged coking wastewater,the fluoride treatment processes of monocalcium method(Ca(OH)_(2))and double calcium method(CaO+CaCl_(2))were calibrated.Based on the calibration results it was concluded that the F-concentration in wastewater could be reduced below 20 mg/L by the fluoride treatment process of double calcium method.The production practice showed that the F-concentration of coking wastewater could be reduced from 48 mg/L to 11 mg/L after reacting between 34 and 84 minutes by adding 0.03 g/L CaO solution,0.1 g/L CaCl_(2) solution,0.4 g/L PAC and 0.01 g/L PAM-in proper order.
