鞍钢10号3200 m^(3)高炉炉顶均压煤气回收技术应用

摘要 针对高炉煤气直接排入大气对环境造成污染的问题,开展了高炉炉顶均压煤气回收技术应用实践。实践后,煤气回收率达到81%,减少高炉炉顶粉尘排放175 t/a,减少碳排放量约为1151 t/a,创效112万元/a,取得了良好的经济效益和环保效益。 In allusion to the environmental pollution problem caused by the direct discharge of blast furnace(BF)gas into the atmosphere,the application practice of the recovery technology for equalizing pressure gas at the top of BF was carried out.After practice,the gas recovery rate reached 81%,the dust emissions from the top of BF were reduced by 175 t per year,the carbon emissions were reduced by about 1151 t per year,and creating benefits were 1120 thousand yuan per year,which achieved good economic and environmental benefits.
