Analysis on Causes Leading to Electrode Plate Corrosion in Strip Steel Degreasing Unit and Improvement Measures

针对带钢生产线脱脂机组电极板腐蚀速度快影响生产的问题,优化了电极板材质和结构形式、绝缘条安装方式、电极板底部卡槽等,采取上述措施后,电极板平均使用寿命由2个月提高到8个月,保证了带钢生产的顺行。

In view of the problem that the rapid corrosion rate of the electrode plates to the degreasing unit in producing strip steels by strip steel production line influenced the production,such measures as optimizing the quality of electrode plates and their structural forms,installation method of the insulating strips and the clamping grooves at the bottom of the electrode plates were taken.After that,the average service life of the electrode plates was increased to 8 months from 2 months,which ensured the smooth operation of the strip steel production.
