As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,state governance is confronted with increasingly complex changes.Against this backdrop,the construction of socialist ideology should be based on assessing new changes in the governance situation and focus on exploring its relationship with state governance effectiveness.The philosophical perspectives of ontology,epistemology,methodology,and axiology provide a theoretical foundation to elucidate the enhancement of state governance effectiveness through socialist ideology.The logical pathway of“ontology-cognition-method-value”is employed to clarify the process of the socialist ideology influencing state governance,offering strong ideological support for enhancing state governance effectiveness.Finally,this paper focuses on exploring the practical path of enhancing state governance effectiveness through the socialist ideology in the new era.This is manifested specifically in the need to strengthen the guiding role of Marxism,transform institutional advantages into governance advantages,strengthen the individual capabilities of the ideological governance subject,and consolidate the recognition of mainstream ideology among the people.
