As an important basis for governing the Party,inner-Party laws and regulations have been running through various periods and fields of the CPC's historical development.Since the founding of the CPC,the Chinese Communists,mainly represented by Comrade Mao Zedong,have attached great importance to inner-Party laws and regulations,and formed a series of important discussions and reflections in the practice of Chinese revolution and construction.Therefore,it is necessary to explain comprehensively and systematically from the theoretical dimension,value dimension and practical dimension,so as to provide profound theoretical source and practical basis for the construction of inner-Party regulations and systems in the new era.
