摘要
依托云南滇中引水倒虹吸井的围护结构项目,从成槽垂直度、工程泥浆的调制、钢筋笼吊装、接头处理及混凝土浇筑等5个方面分析了近百米级地下连续墙施工的施工关键技术。实践证明:新技术解决了超深地下连续墙施工过程中的相应问题,取得了较好的效益,为类似工程提供了经验参考。
Based on the support structure project of Dianzhong inverted siphon well in Yunnan Province,the key construction technologies of nearly 100 m deep grade diaphragm wall are analyzed from five aspects of trench verticality,engineering slurry modulation,reinforcement cage hoisting,joint treatment and concrete pouring.The practice proves that the new technology solves the corresponding problems in the construction process of the ultra-deep diaphragm wall,achieves good benefits,and provides experience reference for similar projects.
