摘要
通过对某新建项目超大面积大跨度网架整体提升的施工实践,总结大型空间钢结构整体提升技术的施工工艺。同时,运用有限单元分析软件对整体提升过程进行仿真模拟,通过实际工况下的静力分析,把握提升时的危险控制点,为施工方案的完善提供依据,为网架安装作业的高效安全进行提供技术支持。
Based on the construction practice of integral lifting of large area and large span grid frame in a new project,the construction technology of integral lifting technology of large space steel structure is summarized.At the same time,the finite element analysis software is used to simulate the overall lifting process,through the static analysis under the actual working conditions,to grasp the dangerous control points during lifting,to provide the basis for the improvement of the construction scheme,and to provide technical support for the efficient and safe installation of the grid.
