大跨度钢桁架连廊整体提升施工技术

摘要 介绍了中南大学湘雅二医院门急诊医技楼项目中庭钢桁架连廊在拼装胎架上整体拼装、焊接完成后,采用液压同步提升器整体提升就位,并与预留牛腿焊接的施工技术。采用MIDAS GEN软件对钢桁架连廊整体提升及拼接合拢过程中的应力、变形进行仿真分析。分析结果表明,整体同步提升和拼接合拢过程中,钢桁架连廊构件的强度和刚度均满足规范和设计要求,保证了整体提升过程中结构的安全性和稳定性,为类似工程提供了一定的参考依据。 This paper introduces the construction technology of the steel truss corridor in the atrium of the outpatient and emergency medical technology building of the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University,which is integrally assembled and welded on the assembly jig,lifted in place by the hydraulic synchronous lifter,and welded with the reserved bracket.The MIDAS GEN software is used to simulate and analyze the stress and deformation of the steel truss corridor in the process of integral lifting and splicing closure.The analysis results show that the strength and stiffness of the steel truss corridor components meet the specification and design requirements in the process of integral synchronous lifting and splicing closure,which ensures the safety and stability of the structure in the process of integral lifting,and provides a reference for similar projects.
