摘要
雄安新区某变电站志在打造国内首个下沉式庭院全地下镜面混凝土变电站,主建筑为配电装置楼,为混凝土剪力墙结构,结构混凝土等级为C35P10。针对模板平整度控制、施工拼缝处理、混凝土外观质量控制和螺杆孔眼美化处理等难点,采用了顶级镜面模板、模板拼缝综合处理、选用优化的混凝土配合比和研发特制螺杆眼封堵模具等措施,最终实现了良好的清水镜面混凝土施工质量和外观效果,为今后类似的下沉式镜面混凝土工程提供了参考依据。
A transformer substation in Xiongan new area aims to build the first fair-faced mirror concrete substation with sunken courtyard in China.The main building is a power distribution building,which is a concrete shear wall structure.The concrete grade of the structure is C35 P10.Aiming at the difficulties of formwork smoothness control,construction joint treatment,concrete appearance quality control and screw hole beautification treatment,it adopts the measures of topgrade mirror formwork,comprehensive treatment of formwork joints,selection of optimized concrete mix proportion and development of special screw hole sealing mould,etc.,finally,the good construction quality and appearance effect of fairfaced mirror concrete are achieved,which can provide reference for similar sunken mirror concrete projects in the future.
