施工现场装配式全自动车辆冲洗平台一体化研究

Research on Integration of Fabricated Fully Automatic Vehicle Washing Platform on Construction Site

渣土车、混凝土车等车辆扬尘是建筑施工现场扬尘的主要来源,通过对现有通用的工地现场施工出入口的过水池、车辆冲洗及人工冲洗方式的研究,推出了一款装配式全自动车辆冲洗平台。该平台结合循环水系统、自动控制系统、喷淋冲洗系统,可提高车辆冲洗效率,减少一次冲洗使用成本。

Dust from muck trucks,concrete trucks and other vehicles is the main source of dust on the construction site.Through the research on the existing general water pools,vehicle washing and manual washing methods at the entrance and exit of the construction site,a fabricated automatic vehicle washing platform is introduced.Combined with circulating water system,automatic control system and spray washing system,the platform can improve the efficiency of vehicle washing and reduce the cost of one-time washing.
