摘要
模板和脚手架工程是装配式建筑标准层施工的关键工序,对工期、成本有着重大影响。为充分发挥叠合板的优势,降低支撑架搭设成本,提出一种模块化盘扣支撑架形式,通过理论计算与加载试验验证其结构可靠性,并进行现场落地样板搭建,结合施工实际对搭设方案进行改进优化,作为后续相关研究的参考。
Formwork and scaffolding are the key processes in the construction of prefabricated building standard layers,which have a significant impact on the construction time and cost.In order to make full use of the advantages of the laminated plate and reduce the cost of the support frame,a kind of modular disc buckled support frame is put forward,combined with the construction practice,this paper improves and optimizes the erecting scheme,which can be used as a reference for the follow-up related research.
