This paper introduces the construction technology of obstacle removal and earthwork backfill treatment for the underground civil air defense structure of old buildings in the central urban area.Combining with the overall renovation project of Shanghai International Gymnastics Center,this paper expounds the actual operation scheme of obstacle removal for this kind of project.The construction effect of obstacle removal and backfilling is good,which ensures the construction quality and progress requirements of the new project.The construction experience summarized can provide reference for similar demolition and reconstruction projects in the future.
