摘要
为保证上海北横通道项目大直径盾构隧道下穿新建虹口港桥的安全施工,采用三维数值建模分析了不同注浆参数及开挖速度下的桩身变形和沉降。基于有限元模型对隧道下穿新建虹口港桥进行了全过程先验模拟,通过下穿过程分析及参数分析表明,桩基底部沉降在10mm以内,能够满足盾构穿越要求;同时,基于现场盾构推进过程中桥台、地表、管线及桥台监测数据,给出相应的施工控制措施。总结的经验可供今后类似工程借鉴。
In order to ensure the safe construction of the large-diameter shield tunnel of Shanghai north transverse passage project undercrossing the new Hongkou Port Bridge,3-D numerical modeling is used to analyze the deformation and settlement of the pile body under different grouting parameters and excavation speeds.Based on the finite element model,the whole process of tunnel undercrossing the new Hongkou Port Bridge is simulated in advance,and the analysis of undercrossing process and parameters shows that the settlement of pile bottom is less than 10 mm,which can meet the requirements of shield crossing;at the same time,based on the monitoring data of abutment,ground surface,pipeline and abutment in the process of shield tunneling,the corresponding construction control measures are given.The experience summarized can be used for reference for similar projects in the future.
