摘要 钢结构桥梁凭借其成本低、施工速度快、结构性能优良等优势,已在施工中被广泛应用,与此同时,超危大钢结构桥梁在施工及管理中,分段钢结构焊接时较易出现质量隐患。以西湖大学建设工程三期为例,阐述该类超危大钢结构桥梁施工过程中的施工工艺及拼接焊接质量控制措施,总结的经验可为今后同类型超危大钢结构桥梁施工提供借鉴。 With the advantages of low cost,fast construction speed and excellent structural performance,steel structure bridges have been widely used in construction.At the same time,in the construction and management of super riskylarge steel structure bridges,the welding of segmented steel structures is prone to quality hazards.Taking the third phase of the construction project of West Lake University as an example,the construction technology and quality control measures of splicing welding in the construction process of this kind of super risky-largesteel structure bridge are expounded,and the experience summarized can provide reference for the construction of the same type of super riskylargesteel structure bridge in the future.
