桥梁转体结构抗倾覆施工技术

摘要 出于桥梁功能、建造成本、施工安全等多方面综合考虑,连续梁结构一般跨度大、截面大、质量大等特点,从而增加了主体结构施工时抗倾覆稳定性的难度。以韩城市西延桥项目跨铁路段工程3#墩连续梁结构施工(悬臂现浇法+平面转体法)抗倾覆性为研究内容,阐述了同时采用悬臂浇筑法及平面转体法的结构抗倾覆施工关键技术,并对施工中存在的问题进行了分析总结,进一步提出了改进措施。总结的经验可对类似工程提供借鉴。 Considering the bridge function,construction cost,construction safety and other aspects,the continuous beam structure generally has the characteristics of large span,large section and large mass,which increases the difficulty of anti-overturning stability of the main structure during construction.Taking the overturning resistance of 3#pier continuous beam structure construction(cantilever cast-in-place method+plane rotation method)of Hancheng West Extension Bridge Project across the railway section as the research content,this paper expounds the key techniques for the structural overturning resistance construction by adopting the cantilever cast-in-place method and plane rotation method,analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the construction,and puts forward some improvement measures.The experience summarized can be used as reference for similar projects.
