摘要
阐述了干热灭菌、湿热灭菌、辐射灭菌、化学灭菌技术的灭菌原理、灭菌方法、适用材料和技术应用等,分析了现有灭菌技术在阮病毒灭活、内毒素去除、医用生物材料灭菌方面存在的困难与挑战,指出了超临界CO_(2)灭菌技术在环保性上具有其他化学灭菌技术无法比拟的优势,在未来具有广阔的应用前景。
The sterilization principle,sterilization method,material applicability and technical application were summarized for the technologies of dry heat sterilization,wet heat sterilization,radiation sterilization and chemical sterilization.The difficulties and challenges of the existing sterilization technology were analyzed in Ruan virus inactivation,endotoxin removal and sterilization of medical biomaterials.It's pointed out supercritical CO_(2) sterilization technology gained advantages over other chemical sterilization technologies in environmental protection and would have a broad application prospect in the future.
