The difficulties of medical service support at cold regions were introduced,and the advantages of UAVs were described in medical reconnaissance,casualty searching and rescue,delivery of medical supplies and remote treatment.The problems of UAVs were pointed out in endurance time,stability for remote control,vulnerability and signal interference resistance,and some suggestions were put forward accordingly.The oretical basis was provided for applying UAVs in field medical service support at cold regions.
