便携式中医目诊设备的设计

摘要 目的:为弥补传统中医目诊设备存在的不足,设计一种适宜在基层社区医疗机构和家庭中使用的便携式中医目诊设备。方法:该设备由硬件系统和软件程序2个部分组成。其中硬件系统包括电气系统和机械结构,电气系统主要由主控模组、摄像头模组、光源控制模组、电源模组和Wi-Fi通信模组等组成,机械结构由匀光照明模块、图像采集模块、开关按键、硅胶眼罩等部分组成;软件程序包括设备端App软件和移动终端App软件,基于Android Studio开发。结果:采用该设备可以较为准确地获取白睛图像信息,且该设备的色温、照度、显色指数、分辨力和色彩还原度等参数均满足标准要求。结论:该设备轻便小巧、简单易用,能够实现自助式中医目诊图像信息采集,为目诊的智能化和客观化研究奠定了基础。 Objective To design a portable TCM eye diagnosis device for elementary community healthcare institutions or home use to eliminate the deficiencies of the existing equipment.Methods A portable TCM eye diagnosis device was developed composed of a hardware system and a software component.The hardware system was made up of an electrical system and a mechanical mechanism,the electrical system consisted of a main control module,a camera module,a light source control module,a power supply module and a Wi-Fi communication module,and the mechanical mechanism included a uniform light illumination module,an image acquisition module,switch buttons and a pair of silicone eyecups;the software component involved in a device-side App and a mobile terminal App developed based on Android Studio.Results The portable TCM eye diagnosis device acquired the white eye image information accurately and met the requirements for color temperature,illuminance,color rendering index,resolving power and color reproduction.Conclusion The system portable TCM eye diagnosis device gains advantages in light weight and convenience,facilitates self-service image information acquisition for TCM eye diagnosis and lays a foundation for the intelligent and objective research of eye diagnosis.
