连续管速度管柱带压起出封堵工具的研究与应用

摘要 针对上提坐封式管内堵塞器通常需要过载坐封,工具自身存在的强度不足,过载易拉断风险,以及无法即时验封的问题,并且为了适应更小尺寸的连续管速度管柱带压起管作业需要,研制了旋转坐封式管内堵塞器。该堵塞器在到达管内指定位置后,通过旋转送入工具驱动送入接头并同步带动锁紧螺母旋转上扣,轴向推动锚爪张开锚定和胶筒压缩密封,坐封完成后驱动送入杆上行完成丢手,坐封过程基本无滑移,坐封位置精确可控。经室内试验和现场应用研究表明:研制的旋转坐封式管内堵塞器可根据井内压力调节坐封载荷,并适应多次验封直至验封合格,工具坐封后安全丢手,可有效避免管柱被拉松动;工具结构简单可靠,降低了作业费用和作业风险。旋转坐封式管内堵塞器能够较好地解决上提坐封式管内堵塞器存在的问题,可为高含硫气井带压起管作业现场提供有力的技术支持。 The pull-setting internal packer usually needs to conduct overload setting,while the setting tool has the risk of being pulled apart due to insufficient strength itself,and there is also a problem of incapable of immediately conducting sealing test;to solve these problems,moreover,to adapt to the snubbing operation of smaller size of coiled tubing velocity string,a rotary setting internal packer was developed.After the packer had reached the designated position in the pipe/tubing,the rotary running tool was used to drive the running head and synchronously drive the locknut to make up,axially push the fluke to splay and anchor and allow the rubber barrel to compress and seal.After having completed setting,the running rod was driven to go upward to complete release.The setting process was basically free of slip,and the setting position was precise and controllable.Laboratory test and field application research show that the developed rotary setting internal packer can adjust the setting load according to the wellbore pressure and adapt to multiple sealing tests until the sealing is qualified.The tool can be safely released after setting,which can effectively prevent the string from being pulled loose;the tool structure is simple and reliable,reducing the operating cost and risk.The rotary setting internal packer can effectively solve the problems existing in pull-setting internal packer,providing strong technical support for the snubbing operations of high-sulfur gas wells.
