头孢替安与头孢他啶治疗对肠炎患儿炎性因子水平与免疫指标的影响

Comparison of Effects of Cefotiam and Ceftazidime on Inflammatory Factor Levels and Immune Indexes in Children with Enteritis

目的 分析头孢替安与头孢他啶治疗对肠炎患儿炎性因子水平与免疫指标的影响。方法 选取2022年1月至2022年12月我院治疗的80例肠炎患儿,依据不同治疗方式将其分为研究组(40例,采用头孢他啶治疗)和对照组(40例,采用头孢替安治疗),比较两组患儿治疗前后炎性因子水平改善情况、症状消除时间、总体疗效、血清中免疫球蛋白改善水平、不良反应发生率。结果 治疗前,两组患儿炎性因子水平、血清中免疫球蛋白水平相比无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各项炎性因子水平、血清中免疫球蛋白水平均得到改善(P<0.05),且研究组各项炎性因子水平、血清中免疫球蛋白水平指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患儿总体疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组大便恢复正常时间、退热时间、腹泻时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患儿不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 头孢他啶治疗对肠炎患儿的效果优于头孢替安,更有利于促进患儿炎性因子水平与免疫指标的改善,提升总体疗效,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To analyze the effects of cefotiam and ceftazidime on the levels of inflammatory factors and immune indexes in children with enteritis.Methods A total of 80 children with enteritis treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into study group(40 cases treated with ceftazidime)and reference group(40 cases treated with ceftiam)according to their treatment methods.The improvement of inflammatory factor levels,symptom elimination time,overall efficacy,improvement level of serum immunoglobulin and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There were no significant differences in the levels of inflammatory factors and serum immunoglobulin between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the levels of various inflammatory factors and serum immunoglobulin were improved after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors and serum immunoglobulin in the study group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The overall efficacy of the study group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The time to return to normal stool,fever and diarrhea in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions The therapeutic effect of ceftazidime on children with enteritis is better than that of cefotiam,which is more conducive to improving the levels of inflammatory factors and immune indexes in children,improving the overall efficacy,and reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions.
