综合护理措施对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理效果及生活质量的提升效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Measures on the Nursing Effect and Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的 探讨综合护理措施对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理效果及生活质量的提升效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2022年12月在山东省公共卫生临床中心呼吸与危重症医学科接受治疗的100例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,将其随机分为干预组和对照组,每组50例。两组给予常规药物治疗,包括支气管扩张剂、类固醇等。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予常规护理,干预组在常规治疗基础上给予综合护理干预措施,两组治疗时间均为6个月。观察指标包括临床疗效、肺功能、生活质量[慢性阻塞性肺疾病特定生活质量问卷(SCL-90)]。结果 干预组病情改善总有效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组FEV_1、FVC、PEF、FEV_1%指标均较护理前有所提高,且干预组的改善幅度较对照大,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组护理后的生活质量评分为(85.20±8.70)分,对照组为(75.60±9.20)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理干预在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病护理工作中的应用效果显著,可有效改善患者的症状和生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing measures for improving the nursing effect and quality of life of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods This study selected 100 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who received treatment in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine,Shandong Public Health Clinical Center from January 2022 to December 2022.These 100 elderly patients were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group,with 50 patients in each group.Both groups were given conventional drug treatment,including bronchodilators,steroids,etc.The control group was given usual care in addition to usual care,and the intervention group was given comprehensive care intervention on the basis of usual care,and the treatment duration of both groups was 6 months.Observed indicators included clinical efficacy,lung function,and quality of life[COPD-Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire(SCL-90)].Results The overall effective rate of improvement in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the FEV1,FVC,PEF,and FEV1%indexes of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the improvement in the intervention group was greater than that of the control,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score after nursing was 85.20±8.70 in the intervention group and 75.60±9.20 in the control group,with a statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients.
