There are no typical symptoms in the early stage of tumor.As the disease becomes more serious,the tumor develops to the middle and late stages,and the tumor cells will transfer to other tissues or organs.At this time,patients will have strong pain,which affects their quality of life.Therefore,the implementation of effective nursing work for patients with advanced tumors,especially pain management,can effectively relieve pain.Hospice is generally a medical care service carried out by medical and health care personnel,which is designed to provide comprehensive care for patients with end-stage chronic diseases and incurable serious diseases,so that the pain and discomfort of patients can be alleviated,and the quality of life can be improved.The introduction of pain management in hospice can play a positive role in the relief of patients'pain and the improvement of negative emotions.This paper clarifies the concept of pain management and expounds the application strategies of pain management in hospice care for cancer patients,aiming to improve the cognition of medical staff on the introduction of pain management into hospice care for cancer patients,so as to provide reference for medical care research for cancer patients.
