3D打印技术下空心螺钉微创固定对Tile B型骨盆骨折的近期疗效及并发症的影响

The Effect of Minimally Invasive Fixation of Hollow Screws under 3D Printing Technology on the Recent Efficacy and Complications of Tile B Pelvic Fractures

摘要 目的 探究3D打印技术下空心螺钉微创固定对Tile B型骨盆骨折的近期疗效及并发症的影响。方法 选取四川省广元市中心医院2019年6月至2022年10月收治的80例Tile B型骨盆骨折患者作为研究对象,按照Excel软件随机分组方法分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例),对照组采用空心螺钉微创固定治疗方法,观察组采用3D打印技术下空心螺钉微创固定治疗方法。比较两组患者治疗指标(手术时间、术中透视次数、伤口愈合时间、功能恢复时间)、治疗效果、并发症发生率及治疗满意度。结果 观察组患者手术时间、伤口愈合时间、功能恢复时间均短于对照组,术中透视次数少于对照组(均P<0.001);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(90.0%vs. 67.5%,P=0.014);观察组并发症发生率较对照组低(7.5%vs. 27.5%,P=0.019);观察组治疗满意度高于对照组(95.0%vs. 75.0%,P=0.012)。结论 3D打印技术下空心螺钉微创固定治疗Tile B型骨盆骨折可取得良好的治疗效果,能缩短手术时间,促进患者伤口愈合,加快骨盆功能恢复,减少术中透视次数,并能降低患者并发症发生率,使患者获得较高的治疗满意度。 Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive fixation of hollow screws under 3D printing technology on the recent efficacy and complications of Tile B type pelvic fractures.Methods 80 patients with Tile B type pelvic fracture admitted to Guangyuan Central Hospital of Sichuan Province from June 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)according to the randomized grouping method of Excel software,and the control group adopted the minimally invasive fixation of hollow screw as the treatment method,and the observation group adopted the minimally invasive fixation of hollow screw under 3D printing technology as the treatment method.Compare the treatment indexes(operation time,number of intraoperative fluoroscopy,wound healing time,functional recovery time),treatment effect,complication rate and treatment satisfaction between the two groups.Results The operation time,wound healing time,and functional recovery time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the number of intraoperative fluoroscopies was less than that in the control group(all P<0.001);the treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(90.0%vs.67.5%,P=0.014);the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(7.5%vs.27.5%,P=0.019);the observation group's treatment satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(95.0%vs.75.0%,P=0.012).Conclusions Minimally invasive fixation of hollow screws under 3D printing technology for the treatment of Tile B type pelvic fracture can achieve good therapeutic effect,which can shorten the operation time,promote the wound healing of the patients,accelerate the recovery of the pelvic function,reduce the number of intraoperative fluoroscopes,and reduce the incidence of patient's complication rate,so that the patients can obtain a high degree of therapeutic satisfaction.
