火龙罐在缩短踝骨骨折术前肿胀期的临床应用效果

Application Effect of Dragon Pot in Shortening the Swelling Period before Ankle Fracture

目的 探讨火龙罐在缩短踝骨骨折术前肿胀期的临床应用效果。方法 选取2022年7月至2023年4月收治的踝骨骨折患者100例作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组采用常规骨科护理,观察组在常规骨科护理的基础上应用火龙罐治疗,比较治疗前后VAS评分、肿胀分级、消肿时间、肿胀值及治疗效果。结果 入院后第2 d开始应用火龙罐治疗的患者肿胀明显消退,疼痛感缓解,舒适度良好,观察组治疗后的肿胀和疼痛情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为100.0%,明显高于对照组的76.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 火龙罐治疗可有效缓解踝骨骨折肿胀情况,减轻疼痛,缩短术前肿胀期,提高患者舒适度及满意度,达到快速康复护理效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huolongtin in shortening the swelling period before ankle fracture.Methods A total of 100 patients with ankle fracture treated from July 2022 to April 2023 were selected as clinical research objects and divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine orthopedic care,while the observation group received fire-dragon pot treatment on the basis of routine orthopedic care.The VAS score,swelling grade,detumescence time,swelling value and therapeutic effect were evaluated before and after treatment.Results The swelling of the patients treated with dragon pot on the second day after admission was significantly reduced,the pain was relieved and the comfort was good.The swelling and pain of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of fire dragon pot can effectively relieve the swelling of ankle bone fracture,reduce pain,shorten the pre-operation swelling period,improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients,and achieve rapid rehabilitation nursing effect.
