人文关怀式路径护理对乳腺恶性肿瘤术后患者癌因性疲乏程度与上肢功能的影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Humanistic Care Pathway Nursing on the Degree of Cancer-related Fatigue and Upper Limb Function in Postoperative Breast Cancer Patients

目的 探讨乳腺恶性肿瘤术后患者的人文关怀式路径护理方法,结合患者的癌因性疲乏程度改善情况、上肢功能恢复情况,评价护理效果。方法 选取我院2020年5月至2023年1月收治的80例乳腺恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(人文关怀式路径护理)和对照组(常规护理)各40例,对比两组的护理效果。结果 观察组患者在护理后的癌症相关性疲乏评估量表(CRF)评分、DASH上肢功能评定量表评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、Karnofsky功能状态(KPS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 人文关怀式路径护理方法可以减轻乳腺恶性肿瘤患者癌因性疲乏程度、上肢功能障碍,进而全面改善患者的身心健康状态。

Objective To explore the humanistic care approach for postoperative patients with breast cancer,and evaluate the nursing effect based on the improvement of cancer-related fatigue and the recovery of upper limb function.Methods A total of 80 patients with breast malignant tumors admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group(humanistic care pathway nursing)and a control group(routine nursing),with 40 patients in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group's cancer related fatigue assessment scale(CRF)score,the DASH upper limb function assessment scale score,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score,the Karnofsky Functional State(KPS)score and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score after nursing was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The humanistic care approach can alleviate cancer related fatigue and upper limb dysfunction in breast cancer patients,thereby comprehensively improving their physical and mental health.
