急诊护理流程优化在急性心肌梗死患者抢救中的应用价值

Application Value of Emergency Nursing Process Optimization in the Rescue of Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients

目的 研究对急性心肌梗死患者采取急诊护理流程优化对抢救结果的价值。方法 于我院心肌梗死患者中随机抽取76例,将其分为对照组(38例,常规急诊护理流程)和观察组(38例,急诊护理流程优化),对比两组的抢救效果。结果 观察组分诊评估时间、采血时间、心电图检查时间、建立静脉通路时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组心功能优良率(89.47%)较对照组(68.42%)明显提高(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组舒适状况量表(GCQ)、简明健康状况量表(SF-36)评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家属满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(81.58%)(P<0.05)。结论 针对急性心肌梗死患者采取急诊护理流程优化可显著缩短急救时间,改善抢救结局,降低病死率,促进心功能恢复,提高患者生活质量以及舒适度,并提高家属满意度。

Objective To study the value of optimizing emergency nursing processes for patients with acute myocardial infarction in terms of rescue outcomes.Methods Seventy-six patients with myocardial infarction in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into a control group(38 cases,with routine emergency nursing process)and an observation group(38 cases,with optimized emergency nursing process).The rescue effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had a triage evaluation,a blood collection time,an electrocardiogram of,and a venous pathway establishment,which was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of cardiac function in the observation group(89.47%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(68.42%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)and SF-36 scores of the observation group,which were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(81.58%)(P<0.05).Conclusions Optimizing the emergency nursing process for patients with acute myocardial infarction can significantly shorten emergency response time,improve rescue outcomes,reduce mortality,promote cardiac function recovery,improve patient quality of life and comfort,and increase family satisfaction.
