甲状腺癌术后护理中应用个体化护理干预的效果

Effect of Individualized Nursing Intervention in Postoperative Care of Thyroid Cancer

目的 研究甲状腺癌术后护理中应用个体化护理干预的效果。方法 选取本院于2021年4月至2023年4月收治的甲状腺癌手术患者60例,对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者采用个体化护理干预。比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组患者术后1 d视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、恢复普食时间、首次下床时间、住院时间分别为(2.08±0.32)分、(18.25±2.76)分、(40.42±8.93)分、(6.25±1.47)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生理、心理、环境、社会评分分别为(80.39±2.27)分、(87.23±1.62)分、(84.15±1.85)分、(85.60±1.76)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者低钙血症、喉返神经损伤、感染总发生率为6.67%,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 甲状腺癌术后护理中应用个体化护理干预的效果显著优于常规护理干预。

Objective To study the effectiveness of individualized nursing intervention in postoperative care of thyroid cancer.Methods Sixty thyroid cancer surgery patients admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected,including a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases).The control group received routine nursing intervention for thyroid cancer surgery patients,while the observation group received individualized nursing intervention for thyroid cancer surgery patients.Results The observation group had lower pain VAS scores,recovery time to general diet,first time out of bed,and hospitalization time on the 1st day after thyroid cancer surgery,which were(2.08±0.32)minutes,(18.25±2.76)minutes,(40.42±8.93)minutes,and(6.25±1.47)minutes,respectively,compared to the control group,the difference in comparison results was significant(P<0.05).The physiological,psychological,environmental,and social scores of thyroid cancer surgery patients in the observation group were(80.39±2.27)points,(87.23±1.62)points,(84.15±1.85)points,and(85.60±1.76)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,the difference in comparison results was significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of hypocalcemia,recurrent laryngeal nerve injury,and infection in patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than that in the control group,the difference in comparison results was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of individualized nursing intervention in postoperative care of thyroid cancer is significantly better than conventional nursing intervention,so individualized nursing intervention has more promotional value.
