心理干预联合健康教育措施对糖尿病患者焦虑与抑郁不良情绪的影响

摘要 目的 探讨心理干预联合健康教育措施对糖尿病患者焦虑与抑郁不良情绪的临床影响。方法 选取2022年1~12月济南市皮肤病防治院社区科门诊管理的200例糖尿病患者,将200例糖尿病患者随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组接受常规护理,包括血糖监测、药物治疗和饮食指导。试验组接受心理护理联合健康教育,包括情绪支持、认知行为疗法和疾病管理的相关教育。使用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、贝克抑郁自评量表(BDI)对两组患者进行前后评估,并比较两组之间的差异。结果 试验组在干预后的HAMA得分从(6.3±1.6)分降至(3.7±0.9)分,呈现出明显的降低趋势,而对照组的HAMA得分变化不明显(P<0.05)。试验组在干预后的BDI得分显著降低,由(30.1±4.2)分降至(21.5±3.8)分,与对照组相比有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论 心理护理联合健康教育在糖尿病管理中的有效性得到了验证。通过情绪支持、认知行为疗法和疾病管理教育的综合干预,可减轻患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,促进糖尿病的有效控制。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological intervention combined with health education measures on anxiety and depression in patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 200 diabetes patients admitted to Community Medicine Clinic,Ji'nan Skin Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected,and 200 diabetes patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group received routine care,including blood glucose monitoring,medication treatment,and dietary guidance.The experimental group received psychological care combined with health education,including education related to emotional support,cognitive behavioral therapy,and disease management.Using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)and Beck Depression Inventory(BDI),two groups of patients were tested before and after,and the differences between the two groups were compared.Results The HAMA score of the experimental group decreased from(6.3±1.6)points to(3.7±0.9)points after intervention,showing a significant downward trend,while the anxiety score of the control group showed no significant change(P<0.05).The depression score of the experimental group also showed a significant decrease after intervention,from(30.1±4.2)points to(21.5±3.8)points,indicating a significant improvement compared to the control groupt(P<0.05).Conclusions The effectiveness of psychological nursing combined with health education in the management of diabetes has been verified.The comprehensive intervention of emotional support,cognitive behavioral therapy,and disease management education can alleviate patients'anxiety and depression,and promotes the effective control of diabetes.
