婴幼儿泪道冲洗及有效的护理配合和效果评价

Irrigation of the Lacrimal Duct in Infants and Young Children and Effective Nursing Cooperation and Effectiveness Evaluation

目的 探究婴幼儿泪道冲洗及有效的护理配合以及应用效果。方法 随机抽选2021年1月至2023年1月在本院接受治疗的400例泪囊炎患儿作为研究对象。所有泪囊炎患儿均接受泪道冲洗治疗,依据随机抽样法完成组别划分,将400例患儿随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各200例。其中,对照组患儿采取常规护理,而观察组患儿采取强化护理干预。对比两组患儿的临床治疗效果、护理后并发症发生率、护理前后患儿及其家属的配合度,以及患儿家属的护理满意度评分。结果 观察组患儿的临床治疗效果为99.00%,大于对照组的94.50%,观察组患儿的并发症发生率4.00%低于对照组9.50%(P<0.05);护理前两组患儿的配合度对比无统计学差异性(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患儿的配合度明显更高,和对照组相比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属的护理满意度评分为(94.40±2.17)分,显著高于对照组患儿家属护理满意度(88.96±2.13)分,数据对比结果存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在婴幼儿泪道冲洗治疗过程当中,对患儿加强护理干预,提供有效的护理配合能够明显提高治疗效果,减少并发症的发生,显著提高患儿家属的护理满意度,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the effective nursing cooperation and application effects of infant lacrimal duct irrigation.Methods Randomly selected from January 2021 to January 2023 children with dacryocystitis who received treatment in our hospital as the research subjects,400 patients were selected from them.All children with dacryocystitis received lacrimal duct irrigation treatment.According to the random sampling method,the groups were divided into a control group and an observation group here were 200 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the children in the observation group received intensive nursing interventions.Compare the clinical treatment effectiveness,incidence of postoperative complications,cooperation between the two groups of children and their families before and after nursing,and the nursing satisfaction scores of the children's families.Results The clinical treatment effect of the observation group was 99.00%,which was higher than 94.50%of the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group(4.00%)was lower than in the control group(9.50%)(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the cooperation between the two groups of children before nursing(P>0.05);After nursing,the cooperation degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group's family members was(94.40±2.17)points,significantly higher than the control group's family members'nursing satisfaction score of(88.96±2.13)points(P<0.05).Conclusions In the process of infant lacrimal duct irrigation treatment,strengthening nursing intervention and providing effective nursing cooperation can significantly improve the treatment effect,reduce the occurrence of complications,and significantly improve the nursing satisfaction of the patient's family members.It has high application value.
