静配中心教学中多元化教学模式的应用效果

摘要 目的 分析静配中心教学中多元化教学模式的应用效果。方法 选取我院2022年5月至2023年5月的20名静配中心实习生,将其中的10名采用传统教学模式的实习生设为对照组,另外10名采用多元化教学模式的实习生设为观察组,对比两组教学前后考核成绩(包括理论考核和操作技能考核)改善情况与教学满意情况(包括课程内容满意度、教学内容实用性满意度、学生适应性满意度、教学效果的即时性、教学效果的持续性)。结果 两组实习生教学前理论及操作技能考核成绩相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),教学后理论及操作技能考核成绩均显著提高(P<0.05),且观察组升高幅度显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生对课程内容、教学内容实用性、学生适应性、教学效果的即时性、教学效果的持续性等方面的满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 静配中心教学中多元化教学模式具有良好的应用效果,可显著提高学员考核成绩与教学满意度。 Objective To analyze the application effect of diversified teaching mode in the teaching of static distribution center.Methods A total of 20 interns in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected,10 interns with traditional teaching mode were set as the control group,and the other 10 interns with diversified teaching mode were set as the observation group.The assessment results before and after teaching of the two groups were compared(indicators included:Theoretical assessment and operational skill assessment)improvement and teaching satisfaction(including:course content satisfaction,teaching content practical satisfaction,student adaptability satisfaction,immediacy of teaching effect,continuity of teaching effect).Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in theoretical and operational skills assessment scores before teaching(P>0.05),while the scores of theoretical and operational skills assessment scores after teaching were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the increase rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of interns in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group in terms of course content,practicability of teaching content,student adaptability,immediacy of teaching effect and continuity of teaching effect(P<0.05).Conclusions The diversified teaching mode in the teaching of static distribution center has a good application effect,which can significantly improve students'assessment results and teaching satisfaction.
