有无焊接接头的PHC管桩抗剪性能试验研究

摘要 为了解预应力高强度混凝土管桩的抗剪性能,对2种类型共4根PHC500AB125型试桩进行了单桩抗剪和有焊接接头抗剪破坏性试验,得到了试桩的抗裂剪力和极限剪力,分析了试桩桩身裂缝发展变化和跨中挠度变化的特点。试验结果表明:有无焊接接头试桩的裂缝、跨中挠度的发展变化形态基本一致,由于试桩有焊接接头部位的刚度较其它部位大,在保障焊接质量的情况下,试桩有焊接接头部位的抗剪性能要优于桩身其它部位。 In order to study the shear behavior of prestressed high-strength concrete(PHC)pipe pile,shear damage tests on four PHC 500 AB 125 pipe piles of two types with and without welded joint were carried out.The shear force against cracking and the ultimate shear force of the test pile were obtained.Characteristics of crack development and mid-span deflection of the test pile were analyzed.The test results show that the development and change patterns of cracks and mid-span deflection of test piles with or without welded joints are basically the same.Because the stiffness of test piles with welded joint is larger than that of other parts,the shear performance of test piles with welded joint is better than other parts of the pile when the welding quality is guaranteed.
