摘要
读者满意度评价是评定图书馆服务满意程度的重要手段,其中针对满意度等级结果的判定是影响评价结果合理性的重要工作环节。将置信度准则应用于这一特定工作环节,并与其他评定方式进行实例验证和比较研究,实证结果表明,该方法简单适用,评价结果科学合理。
Readers satisfaction evaluation is an important means of evaluating the satisfaction level of library services,and the determination of satisfaction level results is an important work link that affects the rationality of evaluation results.The confidence criterion was applied to this specific work step and the case validation and the comparative research with other evaluation methods were conducted.The results show that this method is simple and applicable,and the evaluation results are scientific and reasonable.
