摘要
通过对城际动车组轮装制动盘盘体的热力耦合分析,得到制动盘盘体温度和应力在坡道连续2次紧急制动和全线路模拟工况下的变化规律,验证制动盘结构和材料的合理性。
Through analysis of the thermal-mechanical coupling for the wheel-mounted brake disc body of the intercity multiple units,the change law of the temperature and stress of the brake disc body under the two consecutive emergency braking on the ramp and the simulated working conditions of the whole line is obtained,and the rationality of the brake disc structure and material is verified.
