摘要
基于PLC的旋转焊接试验平台设计与实现,利用伺服电机转速、定位角度可调可控实现客户不同工艺条件下的焊接要求。采用模拟量调节器,通过触摸屏设定可更改焊机的发射功率。
This thesis explores the design and implementation of the rotating welding test bed based on PLC,which uses the servo motor speed and positioning angle to realize the welding requirements of customers under different process conditions.With analog quantity adjuster,the emission power of the welding machine can be changed through the setting of the touch screen.
