Research progress of contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with O-RADS in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors

卵巢肿瘤是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤,其组织病理学表现多样,早期诊断对提高患者生存率至关重要,对于一些恶性指征不明确的肿瘤,需要借助超声造影等多方面检查综合评价,本文总结超声造影联合卵巢附件超声报告和数据系统(ovarian-adnexal reporting and data system,O-RADS)在诊断卵巢肿瘤方面的文献,阐述其在卵巢肿瘤鉴别诊断中的最新进展,以期更好地开展临床工作。

Ovarian tumors are common gynecological malignant tumors with diverse histopathological manifestations.Early diagnosis is crucial to improve the survival rate of patients.For some tumors with unclear malignant indications,contrast-enhanced ultrasound and other comprehensive evaluation are needed.The author summarizes the literature on contrast-enhanced ultrasound and ovarian-adnexal reporting and data system(O-RADS)in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors,and describes the latest progress in the differential diagnosis of ovarian tumors in order to carry out better clinical work.
