摘要
本文基于马克思的资本流通理论,构建了一个在技术革新情境下生产与流通相统一的投入产出模型。在此模型基础上,我们对置盐定理进行了推广,证明了:一个技术革新,它无论是仅对生产领域或流通领域发生作用,还是对生产领域和流通领域同时发生作用,只要能暂时引起超额利润的出现,最终必定会引起均衡年利润率的上升。这个发现不但在理论上拓宽了置盐定理的适用范围,而且在实践上拓宽了现实经济技术选择的可行域。也就是说,为了提高经济的运行效率,我们不仅可以考虑单独发生在生产领域或流通领域的技术革新,也可以考虑对生产领域和流通领域同时发生作用的技术革新。这对产业政策的制定具有启示意义。
Based on Marx's theory of circulation of capital,this article constructs an inputoutput model that unifies production and circulation in the context of technological innovation.On the basis of this model,we generalized the Okishio Theorem,which proved that:A techno-logical innovation,whether it affects only the production sphere or the circulation sphere,or affects both spheres at the same time,as long as it can temporarily lead to the emergence of su-per profits,will eventually lead to an increase in the equilibrium annual rate of profit.This discovery not only broadens the scope of application of the Okishio Theorem in theory,but also broadens the feasible range of real economic and technological choices in practice.In other words,in order to improve the operating efficiency of the economy,we can not only consider technological innovations that occur solely in the production sphere or the circulation sphere,but also consider those that affect both spheres simultaneously.This has potential implications for the formulation of industrial policy.
