Research Progress in China's Camellia oleifera Fruit Picking Equipment

摘要 为了应对油茶果采摘劳动力短缺、采摘效率低等问题,文中分类综述目前国内已研制的油茶果采摘设备,对其采摘效率、花苞损伤率、采净率等进行总结概括;通过对一些典型采摘设备的分类对比发现,目前油茶果机械化采摘普遍存在采摘效率低、花苞损伤严重和无法适应复杂的采摘环境等问题;介绍了复杂环境下基于深度学习的油茶果识别算法;并针对提高采摘效率、适应采摘环境和提高油茶综合效益提出了若干应对策略,如多光谱预测、农机农艺融合和采摘设备创新性研究等;最后,对油茶果机械化采摘设备提出了一些设计思路和参考依据。 In order to solve the problems such as shortage of labor and low picking efficiency,which are found in Camellia oleifera fruit picking,this paper reviews the picking equipment that has been developed in China,and summarizes its picking efficiency,bud damage rate and net picking rate.Through the classification and comparison of typical picking equipment,it is found that the mechanized picking of C.oleifera fruit is challenged by the common problems like low picking efficiency,serious bud damage and inability to adapt to complex picking environment,and in view of these problems,the deep learning based recognition algorithm for C.oleifera fruit in complex environment is introduced.In order to improve the picking efficiency,adapt to picking environment and improve the comprehensive benefits of C.oleifera,strategies are proposed including multispectral prediction,integration of agricultural machinery and agriculture technology,and innovative research on picking equipment,all of which will play an important role in the rapid development of C.oleifera industry.At the end,this paper provides the ideas and the references for the future design of mechanized picking equipment for C.oleifera fruit.
