The core value pursuit of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law is social fairness and justice.It is urgent to safeguard and facilitate social fairness and justice,which is not only highly consistent with the purpose of the Chinese Communist Party,but also the internal requirement of Socialism with Chinese characteristics.Xi Jinping's important expositions on social fairness and justice covers comprehensively almost every stage of national work,includes multiple value implications,function as value judgment criteria as well as value composition,which need to be understood from multiple perspectives.On the basis of inheriting the Marxist view of fairness and justice,Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law utilizes rule of law comprehensively to integrate different demands and requirements for social fairness and justice,ensuring the value of social fairness and justice to work in practice,and gradually realizing the transformation from formal fairness and justice to substantive relative fairness and justice.
