MicroRNA与高血压及其靶器官损害的研究进展

摘要 高血压是多种心血管疾病的危险因素,是当今世界重要的公共卫生问题。miRNAs是一类高度保守的非编码小RNA,近年来研究发现,miRNA通过多种途径参与到高血压病的发生发展过程中,并对高血压的重要靶器官心、脑、肾等造成损害。该文就近年来对miRNA在高血压中的研究进展加以综述,以期阐明其在高血压及靶器官损害过程中的作用,为探索高血压新的治疗靶点提供思路。 Hypertension is a risk factor for a variety of cardiovascular diseases,which is an important public health problem in the world today.MiRNAs are a class of highly conserved non-coding small RNAs.In recent years,studies have found that miRNAs are involved in the occurrence and development of hypertension through a variety of ways,causing damage to the important target organs of hypertension,such as heart,brain and kidney.This article reviews the research progress of miRNA in hypertension in recent years,in order to clarify its role in the process of hypertension and target organ damage,and provide ideas for exploring new therapeutic targets of hypertension.
