双层探测器光谱CT在腹部的应用进展

摘要 双层探测器光谱CT(SDCT)是一种利用双层探测器同时采集高、低能数据的能谱CT技术。光谱CT所形成的常规图像与能谱图像可广泛用于腹部各疾病的影像诊断,提高病变的检出率、推动了CT技术及放射诊断工作的进展。现对SDCT技术原理及在腹部疾病的应用进展进行综述。 Dual layer detector spectral CT(SDCT)is an energy spectrum that uses a dual-layer detector to simultaneously acquire high-and low-energy data CT technology.The virtual single-level image,iodine density map,virtual scan and effective atomic number map in spectral imaging can be widely used.For the imaging diagnosis of abdominal diseases,it can improve the imaging quality,improve the detection rate of lesions,improve the ability of differential diagnosis and reduce the radiation dose and other aspects have played a significant role.This article reviews the technical principles of SDCT and its application progress in abdominal diseases.
