心源性疾病致腿部浮肿患者穿着专用医用裤行物理消除护理的效果

The Effect of Physical Elimination Nursing on Patients with Leg Edema Caused by Cardiogenic Diseases Wearing Specialized Medical Pants

目的分析心源性疾病致腿部浮肿患者穿着专用医用裤行物理消除护理的效果。方法将2022年2—12月医院收治的60例因心源性疾病导致腿部浮肿的住院患者,随机分为对照组(穿着普通裤行物理消除护理)和观察组(穿着专用医用裤行物理消除护理),每组30例。比较两组护理前后的股静脉血流峰速、腿部最大周围、腿部疼痛评分、腿部并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组股静脉血流峰速高于对照组,腿部最大周围和腿部疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腿部并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腿部浮肿有效控制、便于配合医护操作满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组穿着方便及舒适满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心源性疾病致腿部浮肿患者穿着专用医用裤行物理消除护理能更好地控制病情,且并发症发生率较低,护理满意度较高。

Objective The effect of physical elimination nursing on patients with leg edema caused by cardiogenic diseases wearing specialized medical pants was analyzed.Methods Sixty hospitalized patients with leg swelling caused by cardiogenic diseases admitted to the hospital from February to December 2022 were randomly divided into a control group(wearing ordinary pants for physical elimination care)and an observation group(wearing specialized medical pants for physical elimination care),with 30 patients in each group.The peak velocity of femoral vein blood flow,maximum circumference of the legs,leg pain score,incidence of leg complications,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the peak velocity of femoral vein blood flow in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the maximum peripheral and leg pain scores were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of leg complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group showed higher satisfaction in effectively controlling leg swelling and facilitating medical cooperation compared to the control group,with the statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of ease of wearing and comfort satisfaction(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with leg edema caused by cardiogenic diseases can better control their condition by wearing specialized medical pants for physical elimination nursing,with a lower incidence of complications and higher nursing satisfaction.
