体外冲击波疗法具有非侵入、安全、有效、精准靶向的特点,已在骨肌疾病临床治疗领域广泛应用。该疗法的核心内涵是将有效适宜的能量作用到准确部位。然而,体外冲击波疗法临床治疗关键技术和治疗方案不统一,使其无法更好地推广应用。为此,中国研究型医院学会冲击波医学专业委员会(以下简称专委会)专家组在循证基础上制定《中国骨肌疾病体外冲击波疗法指南(2023年版)》。

Extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT)is characterized by non-invasive,safe,effective and precise targeting,and has been widely used in the clinical treatment of bone and muscle diseases.The core essence of the therapy is to apply the effective and appropriate energy to the exact site.However,the key techniques and treatment protocols of ESWT are not standardized,which makes it difficult to promoteits application.For this reason,on the basis of evidence,the Chinese Shock Wave Medical Professional Committee of the Chinese Research Hospital Association developed the"Chinese Guidelines for Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy for Bone and Muscle Diseases(2023Edition)".
