基于高级实践护士角色评估框架的角色作用评价研究进展

Research progress of role evaluation based on role evaluation framework for advanced practice nurses

近些年来,高级实践护士在国内外发展速度较快,但其角色作用评价存在不一致的情况。分析原因,可能是缺乏理论框架的指导来进行高级实践护士角色作用的评价。该文对高级实践护士的概念、类别、角色评估框架及其在角色作用评价中的应用现况进行综述,以期明确高级实践护士的角色价值,进而推动我国高级护理实践的发展。

In recent years,advanced practice nurses have developed rapidly.However,there were inconsistencies in their role evaluation.Reasons were possibly associated with the lack of theoretical framework to guide the evaluation of the role of the advanced practice nurses.This paper reviewed the concepts,categories,role evaluation frameworks of advanced practice nurses and the current status of its application in role evaluation,so as to clarify the role value of advanced practice nurse and to promote the development of advanced nursing practice in China.
