摘要
非预期死亡(UD)病例审议能够发现导致患者病死和影响医疗质量的因素。医院可通过建设和改进UD病例审议的专家体系、工作质量,结合智能化技术、强化医疗安全文化,推进UD工作的规范化与同质化统筹发展。然而,国内UD病例审议缺乏标准化的讨论流程及解决方案,其审议的质量和效果仍不理想。故分析国内外UD病例审议现状和存在问题,探讨提高医院UD病例管理水平的策略,对于改善医院医疗安全和质量提升具有重要意义。
The review of unexpected death(UD)cases can identify factors that contribute to patient fatalities and affect the quality of medical care.Hospitals can improve the standardization and homogenization of UD case review by establishing and enhancing an expert system,improving the quality of work,incorporating intelligent technologies,and fostering a culture of medical safety.However,the current state of UD case review in China lacks standardized discussion processes and solutions,resulting in suboptimal quality and effectiveness of the reviews.Therefore,analyzing the current situation and issues of UD case review both domestically and internationally,and exploring strategies to enhance the management level of UD cases in hospitals,is of great significance for improving medical safety and quality in healthcare facilities.
