数字经济与文化产业高质量发展——基于新发展理念视角的分析

Digital Economy and High-quality Development of Cultural Industry—Analysis Based on New Development Philosophy

文章借助CRITIC-熵权法测算了2012—2020年我国28个省份的数字经济和文化产业高质量发展水平,实证分析了数字经济对文化产业高质量发展的影响效应,并借助面板门槛回归模型、空间杜宾模型等对影响效应特征进行探析。结果表明:数字经济能显著地提高文化产业高质量发展水平,且边际提升效应会随着数字经济发展水平、文化产业规模和产业集聚度的提高而递增,随着消费水平和消费结构的升级而先增后减。同时,这种提升效应具有非均衡性,在创新、协调、开放和共享四个维度中,仅对创新和共享有显著促进作用;在三大地区中,对东部地区的文化产业高质量发展作用效果最强,而对中部地区未见显著影响;在空间上,对本地区文化产业高质量发展正向作用显著,而对关联地区的文化产业空间溢出效应不明显。

This paper resorts to the CRITIC-entropy weight method to measure the level of digital economy and high-quality development of cultural industry in 28 provinces of China from 2012 to 2020,then empirically analyzes the influence of digital economy on the high-quality development of cultural industry,and finally explores the characteristics of the effect through panel threshold regression model and spatial Durbin model.The results go as below:The digital economy can significantly promote high-quality development level of cultural industry.Moreover,the marginal enhancement effect increases with the development level of the digital economy,the scale of the cultural industry and the degree of industrial agglomeration,and increases first and then decreases with the upgrading of the consumption level and consumption structure.In the four dimensions of innovation,coordination,openness and sharing,this lifting effect has a non-equilibrium,and only has a significant promotion effect on innovation and sharing.Among the three regions,it has the strongest effect on the high-quality development of the cultural industry in the eastern region,but has no significant effect on the central region.In terms of space,this lifting effect has a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of the cultural industry in the local area,but has no obvious spillover effect on the cultural industry in related regions.
